1. size issues: All our products' size is manual measurement, within +-3 cm size error is acceptable. 2. problems with chromatic aberration: All products are 100% real shooting and try to restore the color of the products itself in the post-production picture. Due to shoot lighting, monitors and personal color definition different, products color to prevail in kind. If customer have special care on color difference problem, please consult our shop before purchasing. 3. returns issues: We committed the quality of our dresses & shoes in the shop and can be returned within three days of receipt. Expired will not be accepted. If quality issues including large dirty clothes, severely damaged off line affected the normal wear, broken heel of shoes, leather serious fall off and so on. All these problems can be returned. Others are not part of the quality problems, cannot be returned. If any questions, please contact with our shop. Returned products is not washed, not man-made damage, you must keep the packaging and the original spare parts complete and exactly transferred to return.
